We continue to meet every second Monday of each month. Our members are falling away due to illness - an age related time. We did not have our Christmas lunch in our usual hotel. Lt Col (Retd) Lawson, our President, arranged an afternoon tea party in our meeting place which was enjoyed by all.

Due to the terrible winter weather we did not meet in January or February but in March we had our general knowledge quiz which resulted in three winners. In April we had a film and talk from a young lady from the Red Cross and then our speaker from the Police Museum in May had to cancel because of illness. In June we finished our session with a strawberry tea which was enjoyed by all. We are now taking a two month holiday break.

Our best wishes to all our members who cannot meet up with us on a regular basis and to other branches.
